Patrons for the Program:

Each cast member is responsible to sell at least 3 SPONSORSHIPS or ADVERTISMENTS to be printed in our program. Our budgets are planned with this expectation being met. We need everyone to participate in order to provide the best production possible. This pays for our performance space, orchestra, scenery, sound, lighting, etc.

Thank you for doing your part! Below are the links to download the PDF forms you will need.

The SPONSORSHIP FORM is by far the easiest way to fulfill your obligation if time is crunched for you and your family. Reach out to family, friends, neighbors, and businesses. To be a sponsor, they give you a check and submit the filled out form with their name to be included in our program. AND SPONSORSHIP GIFTS TO ARTFUL LIVING ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

The COVER LETTER
& ADVERTISING IN THE PROGRAM FORM explains everything any business needs to know to create and submit their ad. You should print multiples of these forms and have them at the ready for all the regular businesses you patronize – all the stores and places you and your family visit each day. Please read these so you understand them. Please note there are some specially placed ads (like inside covers) requiring people to call me (phone number is on the form) so I can reserve their spot and not sell that spot twice.

The HOW TO SELL AN AD FORM gives some of the do’s and don’ts to make this simple!

NOTES REGARDING REHEARSAL SCHEDULE:

Please bring the sections of your script requested of you along with any music you are asked to learn. Print as little of the script as you need or as much as you like! Please also bring a smile, a pencil and wear appropriate footwear for movement – sneakers or dance shoes (no sandals, flip flops or slippers). A parent/guardian or assigned adult should be present with youth aged 11 and under. Thanks!!

SCRIPTS:

Print as little of the script as you need or as much as you like! It’s always best to 3-hole punch your script, highlight your lines and have a pocket in your binder that fits a pencil or two.
